Here, I've included the clutter on my table. Most of these sketches were done during my "IE" treatments - every other cycle - which were long and intense. I'd usually have to have a blood transfusion before I could begin, which took a whole day - three hours while the pharmacy did... their thing... it's always a mystery to me what they're doing down there, but it always takes a long time; and then four hours to have the two-unit transfusion. Then followed five days of treatment, which took 6 hours minimum - so I was often the first patient in, and the last one out. As a result, my table soon got covered in stuff, including my takeaway lunch, paperwork, and whatever books, games and toys my parents and I had brought along to keep ourselves entertained.
